Memorial Day Schedule:

8:00am – Gym opens for warm up.

8:30am – Max Out Monday.

20min Squat, 10min Bench, 20min Deadlift, 10min Strict Press.

9:30am – Murph – weight vests are limited so consider a backpack for weight if desired.

10:30am’ish – depart gym with your buds for brunch at location TBD.
