At Ohio Strength, we provide a comprehensive CrossFit experience. Our programming targets athletes of all ages and fitness levels. To get the best results, you need proper instruction. Our courses emphasize safety and the fundamentals of training to ensure you stay injury-free. You’ll spend less time worrying, and more time excelling.

  • Group CrossFit Class

    Our group CrossFit classes are designed to improve physical preparedness across 10 areas: endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, coordination, agility, balance, and accuracy. Based on the CrossFit prescription of “constantly varied functional movement executed at high intensity,” our CrossFit program combines strength training with the “classic” CrossFit cardio workout. Every WOD is different so you’ll never get bored!

  • Ohio Strength Fundamentals

    Ohio Strength Fundamentals consist of six small group classes designed to introduce the foundational techniques, movements, terminology, and general expectations of CrossFit. It’s a judgment-free zone where our coaches help identify your strengths and weaknesses while teaching proper form. As always, we encourage members to voice any questions, comments, or concerns throughout the course. We want you to feel 100 percent confident in everything you do.

  • Private Coaching

    Our coaches offer 30 to 60-minute sessions for individualized training. Popular areas of interest include weight loss, muscle gain, improving aerobic/anaerobic capacity, flexibility, and nutrition and lifestyle coaching.
