CrossFit
A group functional fitness class led by our expert coaches. Class is 60 minutes long and includes a guided warm up, strength or skill work and/or metabolic conditioning workout designed to develop well rounded strength & conditioning. No worries if you’re inexperienced or out of shape–we an onboarding program for both beginner and expert athletes in which we assess where you are in your fitness journey so that we can most safely, quickly and effectively get you where you want to be!
