New Coaches!
We were sad to see Coaches Brandon & Rebecca leave our team this summer for career and personal reasons. We appreciate the time they spent with us, love them dearly and have parted ways on great terms. They would be welcome back to our gym family any time.
On a happier note, we’ve been thrilled to welcome Coaches Jake & Deana to our team in the last couple of months! They both bring the wonderful combination of formal education in fitness as well as years of experience as athletes and in different types of coaching. We’ll share more on their specific backgrounds in a “meet the coach” series coming soon!
